TaxiRajkot is not liable for any loss (direct or indirect) resulting from any action taken or reliance made by you on the Information or any other material accessed through the Site including via any Linked Website. You should make your own inquiries and seek independent professional advice before acting or relying on any such information or material. TaxiRajkot may from time to time update, modify or add the Information, including these Conditions and absolutely reserves the right to make such modifications without any obligation to notify past, current or prospective users of the Site. The information, text, graphics, images, sounds, links, modules and all other information and software published or otherwise contained in the Site Information are either owned exclusively by TaxiRajkot or licensed by TaxiRajkot and except as specifically provided in these Conditions may not be copied, distributed, displayed, reproduced or transmitted, in any form or by any means whether electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise, without the prior written approval of TaxiRajkot. Without limitation you may not, without such approval from TaxiRajkot, create derivative works from any part of the Site or commercialize any Information, products or services obtained from any part of the Site. Information procured from a third party may be the subject of copyright owned by that third party.

2. For every confirmed booking, a car will be allotted within 24 hours before the trip. The customer will get an SMS with the car and driver details after the allotment.

3. For booking amendment, customer can reach us on support@taxirajkot.co.in.

4. Any booking amendment will be treated as per the cancellation policy.

5. Modification can be done after the starting the trip at the discretion of taxirajkot.co.in

6. Balance payment is to be done to driver in cash at the time of boarding.

1. The laws in force in India govern these Conditions and you agree to submit to the exclusive  jurisdiction of the courts of India.

[L] Special instructions

1. Driver & car details will be sent to you by us before from the pick-up time by SMS, In some cases, the driver or an associate of TaxiRajkot may also call in advance to reconfirm trip details with the you.

2. Booking confirmation SMS clearly indicates the inclusions on your reservation. Any amount over and above this both in terms for distance and duration and other items such as night charges, driver allowance, toll, taxes, state taxes, charges on for extra Kms consumed if applicable, charges for extra hours consumed if applicable, parking charges, other surcharges if applicable etc which are not included in the reservation amount have to be paid directly to the driver as mentioned in confirmation SMS.

3. In case of any dispute with the driver, you should reach out to us via phone.

4. Per day driving 300 Km if more km are needed at that time extra charges are taken by as per additional km.

5. Any extra charges applicable have to be paid to the directly in cash to the driver.

The following Terms & Conditions shall apply to travelers utilizing the Services offered by TaxiRajkot for the hiring of taxis:

1. The traveler shall pay the cab fare, parking charges, toll charges, state taxes, additional night surcharge (where applicable), etc., and any fee or levy presently payable or hereinafter imposed by the law or required to be paid for availing of the cab Services.

2. The traveler agrees and accepts that the use of the Services provided by TaxiRajkot is at the sole risk of the Customer, and further acknowledges that the Company disclaims all representations and warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

The traveler also agrees to that:

3. The cab will not be used for weddings, receptions, or party purposes where the cab needs to be decorated. Please call our call center for such services.

4. Extra night driving charges may be levied if the driver is asked to drive between 10 PM and 6 AM.

5. The air conditioner may be switched off if the taxi is traveling through hilly or mountainous areas.

6. The taxi engine may be switched off while waiting.

The traveler shall ensure that he/she will not indulge in any of the following activities while in a taxi:

7. Smoking or consuming any kind of intoxicant inside the taxi. The driver has the right to refuse the pick-up or ask the customer to alight the taxi if the customer is found to be in an intoxicated state is found misbehaving with other travelers or the driver, or is causing a nuisance.

8. Littering the taxi

9. Soiling or damaging the seats and/or any other interiors of the taxi.

10. Misusing, soiling, or damaging any of the devices (technical/non-technical) in the taxi.

11. Asking the driver to break any Traffic/RTO/City Police and/or government rules for any purpose. The driver has the right to refuse such a request by the traveler. The driver also has the right to refuse such a pick-up or ask such traveler (s) to alight from the cab.

12. Pressurizing the driver to overload the boot space of the taxi with luggage. The traveller shall not be generally allowed to use the seating area of the taxi for placing any kind of luggage.

13. The traveler agrees and acknowledges that the use of the Services offered by TaxiRajkot is at the sole risk of the traveler and that TaxiRajkot disclaims all representations and warranties of any kind, whether express or implied as to condition, suitability, quality, merchantability, and fitness for any purposes are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14. Without prejudice to the above, TaxiRajkot makes no representation or warranty that:

15. The services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

16. TaxiRajkot will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Service offered by the TaxiRajkot, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

17. If any passenger misses the train flight or bus, TaxiRajkot will not be liable for any compensation. The customer shall make an alternate arrangement if the taxi has not been reached due to any reason.

18. TaxiRajkot is hereby authorized to use the location-based information provided by any of the telecommunication companies when the traveler uses the mobile phone to make a taxi booking. The location-based information will be used only to facilitate and improve the probability of locating a taxi for the Traveller.

19. We encourage all our customers to take full responsibility for his/her items. In case of lost items inside the taxi during the journey, we will try to locate the items on a "best-effort" basis but are not responsible for the same in case of loss or damage to the same.

20. If the traveler leaves any goods in the taxi or has any complaint in respect of the Services or the use of the taxi, the traveler has to inform TaxiRajkot of the same in writing within 4 hours of using the taxi or the Services of TaxiRajkot.

21. The TaxiRajkot shall not be liable for any conduct of the drivers of the cabs. However, TaxiRajkot encourages you to notify it of any complaints that you may have against the driver of any cab that you may have hired using TaxiRajkot 's Services.

22. All the calls made to the TaxiRajkot call center can be recorded by the TaxiRajkot for quality and training purposes.

23. Many vehicles registered with the TaxiRajkot are continuously tracked using GPS for security reasons only.

24. It is expressly made clear to you hereby that the TaxiRajkot does not own any taxis nor does it directly or indirectly employ any drivers for the taxis. Taxis and drivers are all supplied by third parties and the TaxiRajkot disclaims any and all liability in respect of the drivers and the taxis alike.

25. The TaxiRajkot has right to use the customer contact information for its own marketing purposes. The TaxiRajkot may send regular SMS updates to the mobile numbers registered with it.
